“It was unexpected,” the song’s Emmy-winning composer, Cristobal Tapia de Veer, said. BuzzFeed. “Unlike doing things for a band or my own record, it’s never the intention for a show. It’s always about serving the show and never thinking about a stand-alone hit or single or anything like that. So it’s kind of the cherry on top.”
