A Plague Story: Requiem Release Date Confirmed Later in 2022


Just after a long gameplay demo of the new Xbox showcase, A Story of the Plague: Requiem now has a confirmed release date, and it’s only been a few months. Players can continue the mouse -filled journey of Amicia and Hugo on Oct. 18 on Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will also be available on the Nintendo Switch in the cloud as a streaming release and is available on Game Pass.

Requiem for direct follow-up of Innocence, in story and gameplay. Players can use Hugo’s ability to summon mice to do their bidding or hide through scenarios with Amicia’s skulking skills. It was one of many projects being worked on A Story of the Plagueincluding a TV movie that hopes to stay true by staying in the game’s French locale and hiring local crews.

In a PlayStation Blog post about the upcoming game, Asobo Studio Lead Writer Sébastien Renard went into detail about what to expect about his two leads. Hugo is still young Requiem, so his abilities sometimes win him over. Players have to deal with scenarios where heroes get lost, leading to split-second decisions that can change the game.

A release date announcement for Requiem seems to be close, given how the game’s achievements went online in March. Aside from a success that decides someone’s fate, they’re not filled with spoilers, primarily rewarding those who complete its chapters, get its upgrades, and make some specific task.
