Across the Spider-Verse Image Shows a Fierce Spider-Man 2099


the OFFICIAL Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Twitter account Posted a new image from the upcoming animated sequel.

Image shows Miguel O’Hara/Spider-Man 2099 — announced by Moon Knight Star Oscar Isaac riding a multi-colored bridge while holding out one of his wrinkled hands. In the sequel, O’Hara is the leader of the Spider-Force – a group of Spider-People who aim to protect the multiverse.

“Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of Verse of the Spider story, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” reads the synopsis. “After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, the full-time, friendly neighborhood Brooklyn Spider-Man is catapulted into the Multiverse, where he meets a team of Spider-People entrusted with protecting its very existence. But when the heroes clash over how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself fighting against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero. so that he can save the people he loves.

The film was directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson. It stars Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Oscar Isaac.
