Arnold Schwarzenegger joins Kyle Meredith to talk about his new Netflix series, Fubaras well as a three-part documentary Arnold which is set to follow.

Famous actors tell us why he was chosen Fubar, a spy-adventure story about a father and daughter who keep their lives as CIA agents a secret from each other, as his first television series. According to Schwarzenegger, this is because “the time has come where TV series are really good to do… It’s just a new way, with streaming, that there are millions and millions of people who enjoyed. I’m just glad it’s finally happening.”

He added that this is the same reason it took so long to make one of his classic films, True Lie, to a performance. “It sometimes takes a lot of time to convince people that it’s a good idea to make a TV series based on True Lieas it is difficult for me to convince them to do a series of Conan the Barbarian or twins,” he explained. “I think all those would be good ideas for a TV series, it’s just that sometimes it takes a long time to convince people.”

Schwarzenegger goes on to talk about how Ronald Regan’s presidency opened the door for Arnold’s kind of action hero and how the press tried it during the Bill Clinton era. He also explained how the man behind it Pumping Iron, Terminatorand twins doesn’t need a song to help him pump up.
