Grab your apron and non-slip shoes: FX and Hulu unveil trailer for The Bear Season 2, with returning stars Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri. The dark comedy returns on June 22.
Now that Carmy Berzatto (White) and her kitchen partners Sydney (Edebiri) and Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) have officially decided to scrap their dirty, family-owned Italian meat shop, they found that the only thing more difficult than keeping Beef floating started from scratch.
The trailer sees Carmy and the gang completely overhauling The Beef’s less-than-sanitary kitchen into what they hope will become Chicago’s most revered new eatery. But with logistical issues like menu planning, construction, and hiring new staff, each crew member must contend with their own burdens, both on and off the job.
The half-hour series also stars Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Matty Matheson, with Edwin Lee Gibson, Oliver Platt, and Molly Gordon in recurring roles. Last month, Bob Odenkirk is also confirmed to appear. Watch the trailer for Season 2 at The Bear down.
The Bear created by Christopher Storer (Ramy, Eighth Grade), who acted as executive producer with Joanna Calo (BoJack Horseman, Unfinished), Hiro Murai (Atlanta, Eleven Station) of Super Frog, Josh Senior, and Matty Matheson with Tyson Bidner (frames) served as the producer. After Season 1 premiered in August, Storer SPOKE RESULTS all about making Episode 7 an epic 18-minute single take.
