Bella Hadid Gets Real About Her Morning Anxiety


Bella Hadid gives an inside look at a constant battle he faces.

The supermodel documented herself lying in bed after waking up to talk about her mental health and how it affects her at the start of the day.

“I have like the worst morning anxiety,” Bella shared with a February 24 TikTok. “I want to come here because I want to hold myself accountable for my morning routine and also, I want to show you something: What a dumb king I am sometimes in the morning when I make my declarations in the morning. [and] I try to finish my routine. [It] usually doesn’t work because I have a lot of anxiety.”

Bella explains that from time to time, her anxious thoughts get the better of her, causing her to not believe the statements she recites.

“I want to show you how stupid I feel sometimes when I’m lying here and I don’t believe it,” he said. “I’ll say, ‘Your gonna have an amazing day today, Bella. You’re not going to let your anxiety get the best of you. You’re loved. You’re loved. You’re loved, Bella. Not everyone hates you.'”
