Betty WhiteNeither’s friend remembers her because of the “big girl” she is.
the Golden Women star died at home on Dec. 31 at the age of 99, his agent Jeff Witjas ago confirmed by E! News.
Today, he shares his tribute to the iconic star. “Betty is a good girl,” she exclusively told E! News. “Most television actors play a role. Betty White is the one who shows her public who she is. She’s really real that way.”
Witjas also remembers his enduring legacy and his impact on animals through his charity work.
“To all her fabulous fans, I would just say remember Betty’s legacy,” said her longtime friend. “The good, the good, the love of animals.”
She also suggested some ways for fans to continue her activism as the hashtag #BettyWhiteChallenge spread on social media. “Betty never asked people to give money,” she said. “Betty never did that, but it was a nice move in the shelters. Maybe even adopting an animal.”
