As the find answers about the death of Gabby Petito continued, one of Brian’s closest relatives spoke. During a sit-down on ABC News, Cassie Laundrie his silence was broken by him loss of brother and said he did not know where he was going. If he does, he says “open him up.”
“I’m worried about him. I hope he’s okay,” he shared in the interview aired Oct. 5. Good Morning America. “I’m angry and I don’t know what to think. I’ll tell my brother to just go ahead and get us out of the terrible mess.”
According to Cassie, the last time she spoke to her brother and saw him was on Sept. 6, when their family went to Fort De Soto Park in Pinellas County in Florida.
“We were just going for an hour and we were eating dinner and there were activities around the campfire and going out, and it was no different here,” he said. “There’s no feeling of a grand farewell. There’s nothing.”
“I’m disappointed that, apparently, I didn’t get anything,” he added. “It’s a regular visit.”
