John Stamos shared and touching tribute to Bob Saget after his longtime friend and former co-star died at age 65.
The late comedian and actor, playing Danny Tanner Full house and new sequel series Full House, is found dead inside a hotel room in Orlando, Fla. on Sunday, Jan. 9. The cause of his death, which occurred during his recent standup comedy tour, was not made public.
“I was broken. I was hurt. I was in complete and utter shock,” Stamos, 58, wrote in Twitter. “I’ll never have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.”
on Full house, aired between 1987 and 1995, and Full House, which streamed on Netflix between 2015 and 2020, Stamos played the brother-in-law of Tanner’s single father, Uncle Jesse.
In the original sitcom, with Dave CoulierThe character of_their roommate Uncle Joey, they all raised Tanner’s three daughters, described by Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and twins Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen. All but the last two stars repeated their roles Full House, centered on Bure, Sweetin and associates Full house alum Andrea Barbercharacters.
