Bruce Willis‘ Wife, Emma Heming Willis, pleads with paparazzi to stop harassing her husband amid their fight dementia.
“If you are someone who cares for someone with dementia, you know how difficult and stressful it can be to get someone out into the world and navigate them safely, even to get a cuppa. that coffee,” said Emmy in a video posted on Instagram at the end of the week. “It is clear that there is still a lot of education that needs to be valued. So this is the one that goes to photographers and video people trying to get my husband’s exclusives. Just keep your space. I know it’s your job, but maybe just put your place.
“For the people taking the video, please don’t yell at my husband to ask him how he is or anything — the woohoo-ing and the yippee ki yays … just don’t do it. is it ok? Give him his space. Let our family or whoever is with him that day get him from point A to point B safely.”
Earlier this month, Willis’ family Office has partnered that his “condition has improved” and he is now diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, or FTD.
Willis retired from acting in March 2022 after being first diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder that affects the ability to communicate. The diagnosis follows reports that the actor struggled on film setsincluding forgetting lines and firing a prop gun at the wrong signs.
