To accompany the release of his new album Mr. Morale and The Great Steppers, Kendrick Lamar shared the music video for the song on the album “N95.” In the clip, co-directed by the rapper with Dave Free, Lamar is seen flying over the water while reflecting on the crucifixion of Jesus, running away from a group of men in a chase scene, and donated a car with Baby Keem, who co-produced the track. “N95” is Lamar’s second new video of the month, after “The Heart Part 5. ” Lamar is directing his new music video with his pgLang partner Dave Free. Visually, the rapper became deepfakes of OJ Simpson, Kanye West, Kobe Bryant, Nipsey Hussle, Jussie Smollett, and Will Smith. South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who co -founded Lamar co-producing a comedy film, managed to make the video through their studio Deep Voodoo.
Lamar announced the album in August with a new website dubbed Oklamaand added that it was his final release for Top Dawg Entertainment. “I feel happy to be a part of such a cultural printing press after 17 years,” he wrote. His letterhead statement echoes the legendary Michael Jordan return fax.
Morale and Mr is the rapper’s first album since 2017 Damn.where he won a Pulitzer Prize and an armload at the Grammys. He filled his years between solo LPs on numerous other projects and collaborations, which can be seen on his tracks. Busta Rhymes, Terrace Martin, Sirand Anderson .Paak.
