After a two -year absence, Coachella will make his long-awaited return for two consecutive weekends-April 15-17 and 22-24-at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Kanye West (aka Ye), Billie Eilish, and Harry Styles will each close out on a night of the festival, leading the 2022 lineup that also includes Phoebe Bridgers, Megan Thee Stallion, Flume, Danny Elfman, Doja Cat, Jamie xx, and Run the Jewels.
Other famous acts include Swxedish House Mafia, Lil Baby, Big Sean, Carly Rae Jepsen, Karol G, Revelation, Spiritualized, Fatboy Slim, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, The Avalanches, Vince Staples, Denzel Curry, Maggie Rogers , Japanese Breakfast, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib, Caroline Polachek, Arlo Parks, Turnstile, IDLES, BROCKHAMPTON, 21 Savage, Baby Keem, BadBadNotGood, City Girls, beabadoobe, slowthai, Isaiah Rashad, Caribou, 100 gecs, Floating Points, TOKiMONSTA, Yola , Orville PUP, black midi, and Beach Bunny, among others. as previously reported, Coachella was left scrambling for a new set of headliners after Travis Scott and Rage Against the Machine were both dropped from the bill. (Scott was removed after the tragic events at Astroworld, while RATM apparently pulled themselves out of the festival.)
Weekend tickets to one of Coachella are already on sale. Tickets for the two weeks go on sale Jan. 14 at 10:00 am PT. A pre-ticket registration is now going on.
In terms of COVID-19 health and safety requirements, attendees must show full evidence of vaccination or a negative test performed within 72 hours of the activity. More information can be found HERE.

The previous two editions of Coachella have been postponed due to pandemic. In an interview with Los Angeles Times last fall, co-founder Paul Tollett explained why he didn’t follow the lead at other major U.S. festivals and held an event in late 2021. “I told AEG,‘ We’ll wait for Coachella. ‘ It’s never a fight, “Tollett said.” I don’t want to be forced right away. I’ll still wait, “he added.” You won’t remember having to wait, but you’ll remember if you go to a bad event. “
