For Davina, she found the rumors all the more upsetting because Christine had a “horrible” childbirth experience and almost lost her life welcoming her child.
“I’m not going to lie about something I don’t know, but I’m going to defend something I do know,” Davina added. “She’s actually pregnant and she’s actually giving birth to her child. No matter what people support her or don’t support her, that part of it is real.”
Christine, who is welcoming her first child with her husband Christian Richard in May, open about dreadful delivery. Two months after the birth, Christine revealed that she “seconds from not doing it“after doctors discovered that her boy’s umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck, causing an emergency C-section.
“Surgeons didn’t even have time to count their tools before I sewed while I was flatlining,” he recalls in a Instagram post. “They ran me to the X-ray machine after the operation to make sure there were no more tools left in my body. I am so grateful to the doctors and surgeons who saved us BOTH.”
