Dolly Parton Rejects Presidential Medal of Freedom From Biden

Dolly Parton popular (twice!) REFUSES an invitation to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom from Donald Trump. It turns out that he also turned down a similar offer from President Joe Biden.
