Bandai Namco and Dragon Ball announced another new downloadable character in the content for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2With Dyspo set to arrive in the game as part of the Awakening Warrior Edition Pack of DLC later this summer.
the Awakened Warrior Pack will display a variety of content selected by players thanks to the game’s Conton City Vote, which was previously created to determine the next fighter to enter the game. In the first vote between Goku (Ultra Instinct -Sign-), Dyspo, Bergamo, Vegeta (GT), and Android 18 (DB Super), it was Goku’s Ultra Instinct form that won, placing the iconic character and the his new Dragon Ball Super form last month’s game. Now, it’s Dyspo’s turn to come into the game.
Dyspo made his debut in the 85th season of Dragon Ball Super, appearing as a member of the Pride Troopers (a very powerful superhero team operating in Universe 11) before later going on to participate in the Tournament of Power. Throughout his appearance on Dragon Ball Super (and in the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly), Dyspo is portrayed as a somewhat arrogant and indifferent individual, despite having a strong sense of justice.
In the game, Dyspo’s main character is his speed, with Dyspo’s announcement announcing that players will be able to close the ground against enemies almost immediately in the character. His waking technique also increases his speed of movement, giving him almost unmatched abilities to approach opponents.
With Dyspo, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Also set to get a free summer update. The update includes a new CC Mascot in the form of Hire Dragon, a small companion that will float with you in battle, and that too was decided in the Conton City Voting poll. Hire Dragon, or Icarus, as he is sometimes known, is one of Gohan’s closest non -human friends, and can be seen in Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Power film. Several new figures will also enter the Hero Coliseum in the game, with Son Goku and Dyspo added to the mode.
Despite launching back in 2016, support for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 still going on. Bandai Namco made it a point to continue updating the game despite the other two majors Dragon Ball-based video games – FighterZ and Kakarot – released in that period of time. There’s also the potential for future updates, too.
