Elton John and Years and Years‘Olly Alexander performed at the 2021 BRIT Awards in London tonight, covering 1987 Men at the Pet Shop classic “It’s Sin.” Alexander started the show on top of John’s piano. See the neon-lit display below.
Alexander, who also released a low key cover on the track in January, starring recently TV show of the same name, Russell T. Davies ’dramatization of the AIDS crisis in London.
Following the live stream of the 2021 BRIT Awards, John and Alexander released an official version of their “It’s a Sin” cover, produced by Stuart Price and Pet Shop Boys. All profits from one go to Elton John AIDS Foundation.
