Evangeline Lilly shares Ant-Man 3 Training Video on ‘Wasp Workout’

Lilly shared the video of her training for Ant-Man 3 on Instagram & opened up about body pain and overcoming injuries through foundation training.

Evangeline Lilly posted a video that gives a top sneak at how she trains Ant-Man 3. Lilly is a Canadian actress with many impressive credits under her belt. She began her career starring Kate Austen on ABC lost, which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Series. He is also known for his role as tree-elf, Tauriel, in the 2nd and 3rd seasons of Peter Jackson’s adaptation of The Hobbit.
