Father John Misty Announces New Album, Shares Video for New Song “Funny Girl”: Watch


Father John Misty announced his fifth studio album. Chloë and the Next 20th Century will come out on April 8 through Sub Pop around the world and Bella Union in Europe. The announcement came today with the video for her new song “Funny Girl.” See the visual directed by Nicholas Ashe Bateman below.

The new album was made with Josh Tillman’s longtime partner Jonathan Wilson. It was mixed by Dave Cerminara and the album features arrangements from Drew Erickson. In addition to standard vinyl, CD, cassette, and digital releases, the limited deluxe edition album is available in hardcover book with bonus 7 “singles.
