American Girl fans were thrilled to meet 2022 Girl of the Year – Corinne Tan! Corinne that First Chinese American Girl of the Year in American Girl. Growing up with her Chinese American family in Aspen, Colorado, Corinne loved to hit the slopes, be an older sister to her younger sister, Gwynn, and train her new puppy to be a search-and -rescue dog.

Corinne joined the American Girl line of contemporary characters that inspire children to make a positive difference in the world.
