For Flock Arrested on First-Degree Murder Charge, Attorney Investigating Allegations

Bronx rapper Kay Flock was arrested Dec. 23 on a first-degree murder charge, his attorney Scott E. Leemon confirmed to Pitchfork. According to Daily News, For Flock — an 18 -year -old born Kevin Perez — is suspected in the shooting and murder of a 24-year-old man in Manhattan on Dec. 16. In addition to the murder case, Kay Flock faces two felony counts of criminal possession of a firearm in the second degree, according to online records viewed by Pitchfork.

In a formal statement, shared by Pitchfork on Dec. 24, Leemon said:

Yesterday, I was accompanied by Kevin who surrendered himself to the Detectives of the 30th precinct. Arrangements were made immediately by the NYPD when I found out he wanted to.

In the cases filed against him, we have already begun our own investigation into these allegations.
