Gal Gadot Is Set To Star In The Remake Of Alfred Hitchcock’s To Catch A Thief


Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot is already set to headline a remake of Alfred Hitchcock’s classic film, To Catch A Thief, for Paramount Pictures.

Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot is currently set to headline a new remake of Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 classic film, To Catch a Thief. The original film stars Academy Award nominated actor, Cary Grant, and Academy Award-winning actress, Grace Kelly. The plot for the 1955 film revolves around a former thief who must find a way to prove his innocence after being suspected of returning to his former criminal habits.

According to different, Gadot will star in the new version of To Catch a Thief for Paramount Pictures. Eileen Jones, is best known for her writing on Fox’s Son of a bitch, will write the script for the upcoming remake. Jones was recently tapped to write a Margot Robbie car for the New Line called Highwayman. Neal Moritz, the producer behind the world famous the Fast and Furious franchise, make of To Catch a Thief redo. Gadot will also produce with Jaron Varsano through their production company, Pilot Wave. Paramount Pictures went back to set up the film, just like they did in the original.

The plot details for the Hitchcock Cary Grant remake, and where the character Gadot will play in it, are both unknown. Gadot’s schedule quickly fills up as do his other two upcoming high-profile film projects, Cleopatra and Snow White, has not yet begun filming. To Catch a Thief It is currently in early development and will likely start production after those two films are wrapped. Gadot is next seen in by Kenneth Branagh Death on the Nile, to be released Feb. 11 in theaters.
