Genshin Impact’s new Windtrace activity is a PvP hide and seek game that allows players to win many great rewards, including multiple Primogem.
Since updating to Version 1.5 on Genshin Effect released, there is very little internal content. Now, thanks to the Windtrace event feature, players have a new try out free-to-play RPG from miHoYo. Here’s everything fans need to know about Windtrace’s upcoming event and its rewards.
Genshin Impact 1.5 has been launched with several notable events in recent months, including a Adding Law 2 to Noelle’s Hangout and Energy Amplifier Initiation – which can get players a free Diona. As with previous updates, new events will continue to spread in Version 1.5 until 1.6 arrives in June. It’s a way to keep the feel of the game fresh and ensure that players stay interested. The latest activity to be added is Windtrace, a PvP style hide and seek game that allows participants to earn a number of rewards.

The new Windtrace event is one more way Genshin Effect continues to make the co-op even better, because players can compete in teams with friends or randomly placed in a pair. The Windtrace event will continue on May 14, 2021, and like most Genshin EffectEvents, players must be in Adventure Rank 20 or higher to participate. The event can be opened by speaking to Gygax in Mondstadt, and players can compete at Windtrace until May 24th.
The Cause of Genshin Impact Windtrace: Free Trees and Rewards
Windtrace’s activity Genshin Effect works like this: Players earn Windtrace Coins by competing in multiple Contest Zones, and the coins can be exchanged for a limited time for rewards such as Primogems, Mora, and EXP books. The “Celebration: Peekaboo!” namecard is also up for grabs, offering fans a more permanent reward for their efforts.
To compete in a Contest Zone, players must first open the corresponding Statue of the Seven in that area. The number of Windtrace Coins players can also increase over time. For example, on the first day, players can get a maximum of 1,200 Windtrace Coins. The count will rise to 600 per day for six days, until a maximum cap of 4,800 is reached. Like seeing too much Money in the Realm Genshin Effecthousing system, Windtrace Challenges can be completed to unlock additional rewards.
A complete hide and seek game Genshin Effect sounds like a lot of fun, and it’s a pretty interesting take on PvP. In addition, it’s also a great way to earn more rewards while waiting for the arrival of Update 1.6 next month.
