Nacon delayed The Lord of the Rings: Gollum back in July 2022, but didn’t provide much of an update after that. It doesn’t have an exact release date yet, but the company has revealed that the stealthy title will come out sometime this year between April and September.
This is not a widely publicized announcement, as the game’s Twitter account has not yet identified a more defined release window. However, Nacon’s financial report noted that the Lord of the Rings The game will come out “in the first half of FY 2023-24,” which would put it in the April to September period. Companion licensed game RoboCop: Rogue City also included in the company’s forecast, which is scheduled for June 2023.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has been in the works for a long time. This is the original announced in March 2019 and is scheduled to come out in 2021 sooner rather than later pushed to 2022 the new year has just begun. Nacon finally settled on the release date back to May 2022 before announcing a delay in July announcing that the game would have to be pushed back “a few months.”
