Rick and Morty Season 6 premieres on HBO Max May 8-14 schedule. On Thursday, May 11, the streaming service will add the new adventures of the unhinged titular duo to its existing content. Season 6 of the popular show premiered on Adult Swim on September 4, 2022, and ended its run in December 2022 after 10 installments. However, the titular antiheroes will return for some more wild stories in the already announced Rick and Morty Season 7, that is show co-creator Justin Roiland will not appear. The show has secured its long run, as several episodes have already been ordered for an unspecified number of seasons.

“It’s season one and Rick and Morty is back! Pick up where we left them, worse for wear and down on their luck,” reads the synopsis. “Can they come back for more adventures? Or will they be swept away in a sea of piss! Who knows?! Piss! Family! Intrigue! A bunch of dinosaurs! More piss! Another can’t-miss season of your favorite show.”

Rick and Morty comes from creators and executive producers Dan Harmon (Community) and Roiland (Solar Opposites), which also voiced the titular duo through Season 6. The cast for the rest of the Smith family includes Sarah Chalke as Beth, Chris Parnell as Jerry, and Spencer Grammer as Summer.
