Hoda Kotb Makes ‘Now’ Appearance After Loss – Hollywood Life

Hoda Kotb returned to THE TODAY show on Friday, March 3, but only for a little while! The famous broadcaster, 58, was shown in a pre-recorded interview with Chloe Lattanzithe daughter of LATER Olivia Newton-John. The part came between Hoda ongoing loss from the morning show because of “a matter of family health.” Her co-anchors shared earlier in the week that he is “ok” and will return to host the show soon.

During Friday’s episode, Sheinelle Jones introduced Hoda’s interview with Chloe, saying that Hoda “recently” spoke to the latter Grease actress’s family. The discussion included Olivia’s “beautiful legacy” that she left behind after her death in August 2002 from a battle with breast cancer.

Even before the episode ended, Sheinelle and her co-anchor Craig Melvin told viewers that Hoda and Savannah Guthrie they were both “out” that day. The other day, the anchors finally revealed the reasons for the simultaneous disappearance of Savannah and Koda.

“We mentioned that Savannah and Hoda are both out. Savannah, she’s at home after testing positive for COVID yesterday. We hope our friend has a speedy recovery,” Craig explained on Wednesday, March 1. “And about of Hoda, we know many of you are wondering how she is doing. We can tell you that Hoda is doing OK. She has some family health issues she is dealing with, so we are looking forward to seeing Hoda and Savannah back together on the table really, soon.

On the same day, Hoda was spotted in New York with one of her two adopted daughters and fans breathed a collective sigh of relief. While the details of the health issue have not been revealed, the mother/daughter outing certainly shows how the famous TV journalist has circled her wagons and progressed in parenthood, which came later in her life.

In February 2017, at the age of 52, Hoda told him TODAY family he accepted his first child, Hayley Joy Kotb. Hoda, who was married before Burzis Kanga from 2005 to 2007, the news about him was also celebrated Instagram. “And then my soul saw you and it was like, ‘Oh there you are. I’m looking for you,’” read the inspiring message. Two years later, he revealed that he was adopted a child again, another little girl named Hope Catherine Kotb.
