It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 16 Trailer Sets Return Date


FX Networks has released the official trailer for the upcoming 16th season of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphiawhich teases guest appearances from Breaking Bad vets Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston. The long-running comedy is set to return on June 7 at FXX with the first two episodes, followed by a new episode every subsequent week. It can also be used for streaming on Hulu.

What to Expect on Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 16?

“The Gang breaks straight from the headlines – Inflation, US-Russian relations, mental health, gender equality, injury liability, gun control, and … celebrity-branded products,” it read. the synopsis for the upcoming season. “But there’s nothing sweet about them as Mac, Charlie, Dennis, Dee, and Frank long for the past as they try to survive in 2023.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia was created by Rob McElhenney, who also stars as Ronald “Mac” MacDonald. Joining him are Charlie Day as Charlie Kelly, Glenn Howerton as Dennis Reynolds, Kaitlin Olson as Dee Reynolds, and Danny DeVito as Frank Reynolds.

Additional executive producers include McElhenney, Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg, Nick Frenkel, Megan Ganz, Rob Rosell, David Hornsby, Scott Marder and Victor Hsu. The show is produced by FX Productions. In 2020, the comedy has been given multiple season changes and is expected to air until Season 18.
