Done Twitter, Gunn was asked what the logo on Star-Lord’s shirt at the start of the movie represented in the universe. The user who asked the question believed it was a restaurant or a “space margaritaville.”
The filmmaker responded by replying that the logo, which shows a small alien creature, is actually for “Space Candy,” rather than a space restaurant.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is again written and directed by James Gunn. MCU vet Chris PrattZoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Sean Gunn, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Bradley Cooper, and Vin Diesel reprise their respective roles as Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Kraglin, Nebula, Mantis, Rocket, and Groot, while Maria Si Bakalova joined as Cosmo the Spacedog.
The sequel also features the introduction of franchise newcomers Will Poulter and Chukwudi Iwuji, portraying the roles of Adam Warlock and the High Evolutionary. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is now playing in theaters.
