Never underestimate humor and talent of Jamie Lee Curtis.
During the 2023 SAG Awards on February 26, the actress was visibly happy when she won the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role thanks to Everything Everywhere All In One. (For more 2023 SAG Awards winners, click here.)
“I love actors,” he shared from the Fairmont Century Plaza in Century City, Calif. “I love acting. I love the work we do. I love being part of a crew. I love being part of a cast. I love what we do with each other. It’s a great job. .”
But during his speech, Jamie Lee also poked fun at the discussion about nepotism in Hollywood.
“My brother Kelly and I was born out of love and my father was from Hungary and my mother was from Denmark and they had nothing and they became terrible stars in this industry that they loved so much,” he said. “My parents are actors and I’m married to an actor.”
