First announced almost two years ago, fight The Australian artist’s years of work have been seen coming together in an intimate, 12-track arrangement of spellbinding soundcapes and masterful lyrics. Released April 30 by LuckyMe, the project also followed KUČKA’s three -year termination from solo work, which ended in 2019 with the release of fighta leading single, the Flume-help “Drowned.”
Built around scary vocals and quirky, bouncy chords, KUČKA slams the door. fight and brings us into his world. Her lyrics are raw and happily simple, telling a story of love and acceptance as old as time. However, his unique twist is in his ear for sonic fabrics, complete with intricate arrangements of new sounds that invite intrigue and surprise.
fight It also takes away the lack of genre recognition, as KUČKA possesses many influences including indieelectronica, dream pop and hip-hop to maintain a solitary sound.

In addition to his own production work, KUČKA has also enlisted several producers to lend their talents to his songs. Vegyn, is known for his work at Frank Ocean Blonde and Channel Orange, infused hip-hop flavors into “Meditation” with loops of drum beats and awesome synth Meanwhile, famous electronic maker Button Nose relied on his talents in the glittering introspective “True” while the Exmoor Emperor contributed to the euphoric, synthwave-inspired “Sky Brown.”
