Listen to the Full Version of Taylor Swift’s “Haunting” Song “Carolina”

The singer, 32, released the full version of his song “Carolina“from the new film Where the Crawdads Sing at midnight on June 24.

“I wrote it alone in the middle of the night,” Swift shared social media after its release. He said he wants the voice to “be real once this story happens.”

If you go back to December, er, rather March you may remember that the fans first heard a teaser for “Carolina” in the movie trailer. Now, they no longer have a blank part of the rest of the lyrics and can listen to the entire track.

In a post shared by Instagram Upon the release of the trailer, Swift recalled how she “lost” the book when she read it years ago. And then heard that “unbelievable” Daisy Edgar-Jones the star of the movie and that “brilliant” Reese Witherspoon producing it, he knew he “wanted to be a part of it from the musical side.” So, the 11-time Grammy winner wrote “Carolina” alone and asked Aron Dessner (who was also with him at work MOONLIGHT ROMANCE and forever) to do so.
