Loki Season 2 Release Date Announced for Disney + Marvel Series


Marvel Studios revealed the Loki Season 2 release date for the upcoming Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe series.

What is the release date of Loki Season 2?

By official Marvel Studios Twitter account, the company revealed that the first episode of Loki Season 2 will be released on Friday, October 6, 2023. The company also revealed the release date for Echoanother Disney+ Marvel series.

The series stars Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie, Owen Wilson as Mobius, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Judge Renslayer, and Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15. So far, Wilson and Mbatha-Raw have been confirmed to return for the next season. Aside from Quan, Rafael Casal and Kate Dickie are also set to appear in Season 2.

Fans last saw the God of Mischief during the Season 1 finale. In the episode, he finds himself trapped in another alternate TVA reality, after breaking up with Sylvie who killed the Majors’ He Who Remains. Loki Season 2 is directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, who recently directed the Moon Knight consecutively. The duo will replace Kate Herron, who will remain with the project as its producer.

Season 2 comes from head writer and executive producer Eric Martin. The new installment will be executive produced by Martin, Hiddleston, and Season 1 head writer Michael Waldron.
