Engine Head announced a late spring US tour.
The journey began on May 15 in Ventura, California, and headed east to Pittsburgh before ending on the West Coast on June 9 in Los Angeles. The route will take Robb Flynn and co to several Midwest markets along the way.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale starts tomorrow (March 15) at 10 am local time using the code OPENER. General sales begin on Friday (March 17) at 10 am local time through Ticketmaster.

The tour will once again see Machine Head play smaller rooms and longer sets, continuing their commitment to playing intimate “night with”-style shows, affectionately referred to as ” Electric Happy Hour (Live)” by the band.
“It makes me so proud that we’ve stayed on the road playing these intimate venues doing two-and-a-half to three-hour ‘nights with’-style shows for the last eight years,” said Flynn through a press release. “These shows are very rewarding for us as musicians and for the people who come out to fight us.”
He continued: “Eight years ago the idea was to give our people with an experience that no other metal band has done/is doing today, and somehow this crazy idea stuck! Me personally… I’m really tired of seeing a band headline for an hour and five minutes, or walking 50 miles to the amphitheater to pay $40 for parking and 15 bucks for a beer. to see a show, to be able to offer something unique in this day and age is wonderful.”
Machine Head will be joined on stage by Decapitated guitarist Vogg for the run, and the setlists will be more “free form” according to Flynn.
“You can get five songs The Blackeningyou can get five songs Burn My Eyes, you might get five cover songs! The setlist changes slightly daily, and the beer is always flowing, so join us for Electric Happy Hour (Live)!”
