Warning: This article shows the damages for episode four of Mare in Easttown.
Katie Bailey (Caitlin Houlahan) lost, not dead.
On Sunday, the May 9th episode of Mare in Easttown, viewers know the fate of Dawn Bailey’s (Enid Graham) daughter, missing and presumed dead ever since the beginning of time. However, as explained in the later episode, Katie is very much alive and is being held by someone in an immediate prison connected to Bennie’s Tavern.
The revelation takes place about another girl, named Missy (Sasha Frolova), was attacked, taken by the undisclosed kidnapper and locked in a cell. At first, Missy seemed lonely, but Katie soon revealed herself.
“No one can hear you here,” Katie said to the screaming Missy. “I’m Katie. Katie Bailey.”
This moment proves that Dawn’s year -long quest to find Katie and the police’s frustrations is valid. Also, we wondered if this unknown culprit had anything to do with Erin McMenamin’s (Cailee Spaeny) death.
