Marilyn Manson Settles Federal Case Against Esme Bianco

Brian Warner, aka Marilyn Mansonhas been settled federal lawsuit filed by actress Esmé Bianco in 2021, Rolling Stone reports and Pitchfork can be confirmed. Bianco accused the musician of sexual assault and sexual battery.

In a statement provided to Pitchfork, Warner’s attorney Howard King said that “Ms. Bianco has agreed to settle her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. Pitchfork spoke with representatives of Bianco for comment.

Earlier this month, a California court dismissed Ashley Morgan Smithline without prejudice 2021 case against Warner for sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unlawful imprisonment, etc. In May a judge dismissed the other suit filed by Warner’s former assistant because of the statute of limitations—the woman accused him of sexual assault, battery, and harassment.

Warner remains engaged in a lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood for defamation; Wood publicly named him as her abuser in 2021 and detailed her experiences in the documentary Rising of the Phoenix. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office is currently reviewing the results of a INVESTIGATIONS of the Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau to allegations of sexual assault against Warner.
