Master Bathroom & Home Gym – A Clean Slate And A Master “To Do” List

Let me tell you something. Accountability is a powerful thing. The last thing I wanted to do yesterday was go to the gym at home and clean up the mess, but know that I told you all that I would always check in and show my progress so I could keep going. that all is well I need the encouragement to stop dragging my feet and go there and make it happen.

And that’s exactly what I did! Do you remember the atmosphere at the home gym yesterday morning?

I got all the trash cleaned, utensils collected, collected paint cans, etc. And now it’s like this…

I haven’t cleaned the floor yet because I still need to install the recessed lights, which will require me to cut more holes in the drywall, and it will create a lot of dust.

I have six lights to install – four in the main part of the room, and then two in the closet area.

It is also not necessary to clean the floor of the home gym until the bathroom floor is finished. Until then, I’ll just keep tracking the dust on the gym floor at home.

I also got the bathroom all cleaned, appliances and equipment assembled and organized, and the floor was ready to be tiled.

So I was inspired to go there and see what I can do now. My goal is to finish all the tiling in the next two days, and then completely grout the floor and finish by the end of the week.

I really consider the suggestion that many of you should rent tiling. But I’ll give it one more and see how I can improve. I would also use the suggestion that a couple should wear two or even three pairs of thin gloves available. That way if the outer layer tears, the mortar is not on my skin, and I can just replace the outer layer.

I think that plan could succeed and save my poor hands, which are still not back to normal from the last time I tiled, which was almost a week ago. They feel great as long as I keep them in coconut oil (which is exactly the same moisturizer I use), but when I wash my hands or dry them again, they start to get sick. Although they are much larger now, so I no longer have to go back to the square by not protecting my hands while I make the rest of the tile.

In addition to clearing up the difference and cleaning up a bit, I also made two masters “to do” lists for each room to keep me going right. I do better on big projects, and I feel more motivated, if I can write real lists where I can check things out and see my progress. Here’s what my lists look like, and they’re not in any different order:
