Mean Girls Musical Movie Adaptation Adds Jon Hamm & 2 More to Cast


The upcoming film adaptation of Girls musical – itself, based on the beloved 2004 movie of the same name – has added three more actors to its cast.

THR Reportedly Jon Hamm is set to portray Coach Carr, originally played by Dwayne Hill in the film. The deadline it was recently reported that Mahi Alam and Connor Ratliff will also be involved in the new adaptation. Alam will play Kevin G, who was originally played by Rajiv Surendra, while Ratliff is reported to be a teacher named Mr. Rapp.

The three actors join previously announced cast members Angourie Rice, Jaquel Spivey, Auli’i Cravalho, Reneé Rapp, Jenna Fischer, and Busy Philipps, as well as Tina Fey and Tim Meadows, who will replace their individual roles of Ms. Norbury and Principal Duvall.

the Girls The musical film adaptation is slated for a Paramount+ debut, though it has no release date. The original Girls The movie came out in 2004 and became an enduring hit. The musical, based on the movie, premiered in Washington DC in 2017 and made its Broadway debut in 2018.
