Michael Imperioli was cast to lead the second season of the hit series on HBO The White Lotus.
According to the report from The deadline, ang Sopranos The actor is set to bring in a new character named Dominic Di Grasso, who is described as “a man who travels with his old father and new son who has just graduated from college.”
While the first season of the concern-stirring social satire led by Mike White was filmed at the Hawaii location, Season 2 is expected to be set in another, undisclosed location in the fictional White Lotus hotel franchise.
In the Season 1 cast, Jennifer Coolidge is rumored to be makes a comeback as the riotous comedy Tanya McQuoid, even if her casting has not yet been officially confirmed. However, Imperioli himself taken on Instagram to praise the actress’ performance in the series just two weeks ago, calling it “absolutely genius.”

Meanwhile, The White Lotus is currently nominated for several trophies at upcoming awards shows, including the Critics ’Choice Television Awards (acting nods for Bartlett and Coolidge) and this Sunday Golden Globes, where Coolidge than for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film.
