New DMX Album Exodus Announced


The first is posthumous DMX album announced: Exodus will come out May 28 via Def Jam. Swizz Beatz the executive set and set a new record. He said in a press release:

My brother X is one of the purest and most unique souls I have ever met. He lived his life dedicated to his family and music. Above all, he is generous in his giving and loves his fans immeasurably. With this album, X can’t wait for his fans around the world to hear and show how much he values ​​each and every person who supports him unconditionally.

The cover art for Exodus, which appears below, is by Jonathan Mannion. Exodus mark the first DMX album for Def Jam from 2003 Lots of Farms.

DMX died on April 9 at the age of 50. His memorial service held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday, April 24th.
