The list for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is growing again, as GameMill Entertainment reveals three new characters coming to the game. These three warriors are from My Life as a Teenage Robot, Rocko’s Modern Lifeand Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
The three come packed inside Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Universe Pack, which is a $ 11.99 bundle that acts as a DLC pass for new characters. The first character in the pack is Jenny “XJ-9” Wakeman, from the animated television series My Life as a Teenage Robot, and he is no longer available as part of the aforementioned package or separately for $ 4.99. Defender also has a new episode based on the television series, with players fighting off an airplane piloted by Dr. Noreen Wakeman. Jenny joined the game roster along with a large balance patch tweaking some general mechanics, some specific characters, and fixing some bugs.
GameMill Entertainment has also released a complete breakdown of the fight style and action of the teenage robot, which you can check out below:
GameMill has also announced two more characters – Hugh Neutron from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius and Rocko from Rocko’s Modern Life – come to the game through All-Star Brawl Universe Pack sometimes in summer and autumn, respectively.
Jenny’s inclusion follows Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and was added to the game in February 2022, which also came after Garfield joined the fight a few months earlier in December 2021. This new package may not have brought the game’s first characters to DLC, but it brings the game first premium. DLC warriors, such as Garfield and Shredder are both free. However, with Jenny added to the game, there are already 23 total playable characters, with a total of 25 planned once the next two are added later this year.
Rocko’s inclusion isn’t much of a surprise, since he’s part of a datamine that happened last year. However, it is said that datamine has other characters that have not yet been created in the game (e.g. Avatar: The Last Airbenderby Prince Zuko, Rugrats‘Tommy Pickles, and SpongeBob SquarePants‘Mr. Krabs, to name a few), and the one with (Shredder), and neither Jenny nor Hugh are listed. But it tracks, as Ludosity’s Thaddeus Crews says on the Discord server in the title the datamined information is in the game when these characters get in and not the “be-all-it-all-confirmation of what can and can’t happen. . ”
The future of the game beyond the characters is unclear, but Fair Play Labs has announced that cross-play is coming (which seems delayed) and scoffed that voice acting is in the works.
