Queen Foss, the original bassist of the nu metal band Coal Chamber, was reported missing in September, which she doesn’t know yet. The 51-year-old musician was living in a group home in New Orleans at the time he disappeared.

Foss was a member of the Coal Chamber from 1994 until their first split in 2003. He appeared on the band’s first three albums – 1997’s Coal Chamber, 1999s Chamber Music, and 2002’s Dark Days. He did not join the band when they met again from 2011 to 2016. Coal Chamber lead singer, Dez Fafara, currently leads the metal band DevilDriver.

At the time of Foss’s disappearance, local Fox TV station WVUE issued the following announcement via its official Facebook page (as seen below):

“LOST: Queen Foss, 51, was last seen by a group home manager on Sept. 7, according to the NOPD (New Orleans Police Department). Foss was described as 5-foot-3 and 200 pounds. No end is known a description of the clothing available. Anyone with more information on where Foss is is asked to contact NOPD Seventh District detectives at 504-658-6070. ”

Foss also has connections to Sevendust, as he was previously married to drummer Morgan Rose, with whom he has a daughter.

Severe Consequences tried to contact the Seventh District New Orleans Police Department about Queen Foss’s current condition, but did not reach a representative. We will update the story when we learn new information.
