All these elements make the starting point for this remix somewhat symbolic and a kind of healthy pressure was there when we listened to the trees for the first time. Suddenly we realized that, unlike many songs “Winter Solstice,” of course, is based on a 12-bar musical cycle. That was the tipping point for us; we love a musical loop, and the 12 bars create a space where it’s easy to get lost in a very beautiful way.
