Sam Smith Joins HBO Max Spin-off

HBO Max’s upcoming second season of And Like That… has officially announced the addition of Grammy-winning artist Sam Smith, who will join returning cast members Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis. Production on Season 2 continues today in New York City, with Nixon once again directing an episode for Sex and the City spin-off.

News of Smith’s casting comes with the release of a new behind-the-scenes photo, which shows the “Unholy” singer on set. More details about their character are still being kept under wraps.

Aside from Smith, Season 2 will also feature the return of franchise vet John Corbett as he reprises his role as Aidan Shaw.
