“I watched the Joker and really studied what Heath Ledger did, how exciting that character was; You just know the guy has a strong past,” Anderson said. “Like, ‘Why did he get those injuries?’ And, for me, ‘Why do I have this dog? Why do I have this knapsack? Why am I dressed like this?’ This guy is transient, he has pockets because he travels a lot; he never changed. That notebook you saw in the movie, I took that home and wrote a lot in there. That knapsack he has, I have a lot of personal stuff, like dog toys, dog treats, lighters engraved with my name. I just had to put my DNA into it. And I think it translates as people love Tracker.

It is unknown whether or not Anderson will be out in the future John Wick moviesbut his appearance at John Wick: Chapter 4 enough to make him a fan favorite.
