Stream His Bob Dylan Cover

Angel Olsen there’s a new album of original music on the way, but now he’s sharing his rendition of a classic. The singer-songwriter has already covered Bob Dylan“A Many Mornings” for the Apple TV+ series Shining women, which you can listen to below.

Elisabeth Moss stars and executive produces Shining women, and he chose Olsen to be featured on the show. Appearing at the end of the June 3rd season, the cast of “One Too Many Mornings” adds an ethereal touch to Dylan’s lo-fi track. Instead of acoustic guitar and harmonica, Olsen put on a finger-picked electric with soulful harmonies and light that developed into the piano, transforming the already mourning song from silent elegy into a church hymn.

“One Too Many Mornings” joins Claudia Sarne’s music on Shining Women soundtrack. In addition to composing most of the show’s scores, Sarne made Olsen’s contributions.

Ingon ra Shining Women ends its first season, Olsen will release Great Time, his latest album, on June 3. For now, he is previewing the project with singles “All Good Times,” “Many Times,” and “Through the Fires.” This summer, he will start “The Wild Hearts Tour” with Sharon Van Etten and Julien Baker, then travels to Europe for some headline dates on her own. Tickets to all of his shows are now on sale through Ticketmaster.
