The duo’s fourth collaboration appears on Sullivan King’s upcoming third album, “Thrones of Blood.”
Sullivan KingThe next album just took a shot of adrenaline from none other thanRemoval.
The two dubstep heavyweights join forces for their fourth collab, “Fall Apart, which is out now via Monstercat. The roaring track appears on King’s upcoming album, Thrones of Blood.
King and Excision first debuted “Fall Apart” at the 2022 edition of Lost Lands, where they dropped an important B2B set. Its star has only shone ever since, quickly emerging as one of the most anticipated unreleased tracks from King, whose signature vocals and stentorian guitar riffs are met with a harsh, metal-infused drop.
The track “disappeared” when they premiered it at the festival, Excision said in a statement. He’s not wrong at all:
“‘Fall Apart’ has quickly become one of my favorite tracks for the record, mainly because it has this raw nu metal/2000’s rock influence to it, which is something I definitely grew up loving, ” King explained. “It’s a simple song without a ton of complicated layers, which is something I really appreciate learning from Jeff. I tend to overthink/overdo that things in a song and have to step back from the chaos. I put in a project or idea, but Jeff is amazing when it comes to making sure things are clear in direction and sonically understandable.
