Justin Johnson, 23, was arrested by U.S. Marshals Officers on Tuesday, Jan. 11 in Indiana. The Memphis native was previously sentenced to five years in prison for his involvement in the triple shooting. Johnson now faces charges of first-degree murder and theft of property between $ 10,000 and $ 60,000. He also has an outstanding warrant for firearm violation.
Another suspect, 32-year-old Cornelius Smith, was charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, unlawful possession or possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm with intent to commit a crime, and theft of property between $ 10,000 and $ 60,000.
Adolph Robert Thorton Jr., the rapper known as Young Dolph, was born killed on November 17.
