Written, produced, and directed by the Coen brothers, The Big Lebowski Jeff Bridges stars as iconic LA slacker Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski, who is hit with a case of mistaken identity for a millionaire (David Huddleston) with the same name. The late John Goodman plays the Dude’s friend Walter Sobchak, with Sam Elliott, Julianne Moore, Steve Buscemi, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and John Turturro also appearing in the film. Jesus Quintana’s character later even got his own spinoff, 2020’s The Jesus Rolls.
Bridges expressed interest in make a sequel on The Big Lebowski – although the Coen Brothers have emphatically shutting the idea. We did, however, see the Dude resurrected for a in-character tribute to John Goodman and a Stella Artois Super Bowl ad.
