Paris Texas revealed their debut EP BOY ANONYMOUS. Stream it below using Apple Music and Spotify.
Contrary to their name, Paris Texas is not from Paris, Texas. However, the duo of Louie Pastel and Felix come from the rap Mecca on the West Coast of Compton.
While many young artists are excited to make statements that can draw attention to their art, Paris Texas seems to follow the old adage that a photograph costs a thousand words. Instead of interviews or detailed press releases, they focus on a surprise Instagram feed full of attractive, evocative image. They didn’t say exactly what they wanted, but we knew what it looked like. Now, we know what it looks like.
The duo made themselves eight BOY ANONYMOUS tracks Ahead of today’s release, they previewed the EP through the release “SITUATION”, “BUG-ONG METAL”, ug “PUGSA SA BUHI”.
