The Devil is a Part-Timer!! Episode 11 Recap

Rika accompanied Ashiya, Maou, and Suzuno. While eating, Rika asked them about their respective budgets. Maou confronted an English-speaking customer at the cashier. She tells him to speak more politely. Outside the restaurant, the man complains on the phone about putting in the right language for their target country. Meanwhile, Emi arrives in front of a hospital while searching for another Yesod Fragment.

Maou and the others started shopping at the electronics store. As Ashiya goes to Suzuno, Maou asks Rika if she is in love with Ashiya, and Rika panics. After that, Maou and Suzuno have tea while Ashiya looks at mobile phones. Maou brings up Rika’s feelings, which angers Suzuno. Suzuno mentions how the situation isn’t the same as Chiho’s because Rika doesn’t know who they are. After Maou discusses a solution where they tell him that they are devils, Suzuno reasons that they can’t join more people. Maou explained that when they first arrived in Japan, it was inevitable to interact with people. Furthermore, Rika has been Emi’s friend for a long time. Suddenly, the screen of the LCD TVs in the store broke simultaneously. Emi calls Suzuno to tell her about Chiho’s unconsciousness due to magical power poisoning.

The group visits an unconscious Chiho in the hospital. Meanwhile, Suzuno figured out the formula for what happened to Chiho. Since someone must have used the divine spirit sonar, Chiho’s life force turned into magic. However, Suzuno wasn’t sure what the sonar was looking for. Suddenly the TV behind them exploded. Urushihara appears and tells them that it must be The Guardian. Suzuno says that this is Raguel the Guardian, and Urushihara explains that Raguel has special authority over fallen angels. Emi believes that the angels are looking for her mother. Outside the hospital, Urushihara explains more about Raguel and Sariel. Maou concluded that they needed to take care of Raguel, especially since Chiho was affected. Emi and Suzuno agree to go with Maou for Chiho. Meanwhile, the silver haired woman puts a purple ring on Chiho, which probably contains a Yesod Fragment.
