The Writer of Love and Thunder Reveals That He Also Works At Hawkeye

Thor: Love and Thunder co-writer Jennifer Kaytin Robinson says she has a hand in giving life to Disney+ ’s currently being screened series Hawkeye.

Thor: Love and Thunder The writer, Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, recently revealed that she has been working briefly behind the scenes on Disney +’s latest original MCU series, Hawkeye. Ever since Marvel Studios continued to release new projects earlier this year, their latest line-up of projects touching a variety of eclectic genres and storytelling styles. MCU movies are always different in scope, but it’s never been more obvious than moving from WandaVision, sa The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and at the end of Loki when Disney + released their first slate of the original streaming series earlier this year. Now, the environment at MCU is that a writer like Robinson can jump from working with a ground -level hero like Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) to a literal god like Thor (Chris Hemsworth).

while Thor: Love and Thunder half a year away, Hawkeye recently debuted the first two episodes earlier today on Disney +. The series sees Renner repeat his role at Clint Barton’s MCU as he comes out of his short retirement to teach a new young vigilante named Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld). On the other hand, most of Thorof The premise is hidden, except for confirmation that Natalie Portman will return to the franchise to tackle Jane Foster’s cancer story, which first appeared in the comics. Despite the very different stories, Robinson seems to have a hand in bringing both projects to fruition.

Hawkeye and Thor: Love and Thunder can touch completely different corners of the Marvel universe, but they’re both sure to have plenty of comedy moments. Robinson himself has experience managing his own comedy projects, such as A Great Man and Not pregnant. Hawkeye Already showing off his bizarre tone and humorous satire on the two episodes debuting, as well as countless trailers and TV spots have been released to enhance the show. No snippet in Thor: Love and Thunder has been released so far, though the creative duo of Robinson and Taika Waititi (as well Guardians of the Galaxy James Gunn in limited size) all but the guarantee of a comedic tone.

With so many MCU projects on the horizon, it makes sense for the studio to reuse familiar talents in their films and films. Disney needs to be logistically efficient if they want to continue the large slate release they are building in the next few years. With Hawkeye now airing and Thor: Love and Thunder almost immediately, hopefully Robinson will continue to find work on Disney’s main properties.
